How Journaling Helped Me

In my therapy journey, journaling has been extremely beneficial. It has helped me gain a deeper understanding of my thoughts, emotions, and reactions. That’s why, I created "feelings diaries" to assist others in tracking their emotional responses and comprehending their triggers and reactions more effectively. By gaining clarity through journaling, individuals can better manage their feelings and learn efficient techniques for calming themselves and halting self-destructive behavioural patterns.
