I will work out with you the best way of caring for you. Life can be so hard that's why we have kindness and compassion at the heart of therapy. My therapy specialises in working with a broad range people from 2-102; Mental Health; Families; Trauma, Attachment, Anxiety, Depression, Anger, Grief, Shame, Self-Criticism, Identity; Neurodiversity; Autism, Disability (physical and cognitive), Head injury, Stroke, Palliative Care, Staff groups, Dementia, Addiction Recovery, Self-Care and Eating Disorders. I qualified as a Therapist in 2006 and trained in 2016 in Compassion Focused Therapy which is at the heart of my approach. I work two days a week for a University since 2006 where I train Therapists.
