Hello, I am Amar the founder of Mind4Therapy, and I am here to support you in your journey towards healing and growth. I understand that asking for help can be difficult, but it is also the first step towards finding relief and making positive changes in your life. If you are struggling with relationship difficulties, work-related stress, anger management, depression, anxiety, or low self-esteem, I am here to help you explore these challenges further. Together, we can work towards finding the underlying causes of these issues and develop effective coping strategies to help you move forward. In our therapy sessions, I offer a confidential, warm, and accepting environment where you can feel safe to share your thoughts and feelings. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients, and I will provide you with the support and guidance you need to make progress towards your goals. The way in which I choose to work with everyone is any being non judgemental, impartial and using a person-centred approach. The client's needs come first, I listen and work with you at a comfortable pace for you. For me, the relationship I hold with my clients is all important. Consequently, the establishment and maintenance of trust, honesty and confidentiality are essential to the effectiveness of these relationships. I am trained in Psychotherapeutic and Integrative approaches of clinical counselling, also CBT trained Practitioner. I work with couples as I am a Relationship Mediator offering Couples Coaching. This allow clients to share a safe place to work within your relationship as a couple. My training and experience allow me to offer therapy, NLP, life coaching, and bereavement counselling, and Relationship Mediation Practitioner who can support couples in a more focused approach.
