My many life experiences in different countries inform my practice. These qualities, combined with my knowledge and experience, make me a caring and skilled psychotherapist who provides valuable support to individuals seeking help and healing I n the UK. I understand and connect with my clients on an emotional level. My genuine empathy allows me to create a safe and non-judgemental space where individuals feel heard, understood and supported. By actively listening to my clients, paying close attention to their verbal and non-verbal cues and by attentively hearing their concerns, I can gain valuable insights into their experiences, enabling me to offer relevant and personalized guidance. I genuinely care about the well-being of my clients. I provide comfort and validation to those facing emotional challenges.
