I am a registered psychotherapist offering a compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.

I work with adults experiencing a range of challenges, with a particular focus on workplace-related difficulties such as stress, burnout, and workplace bullying.Together, we will explore your experiences at your own pace, helping you gain clarity, reconnect with your values, and move towards a more fulfilling and authentic way of living.

My Style & How I Work

My style is warm, empathic, and collaborative. I aim to create a calm, safe, and non-judgemental environment where you feel able to speak openly and at your own pace.

I combine gentle support with thoughtful reflection, offering observations and questions that can help deepen your understanding of yourself and your experiences.

Our sessions may feel reflective at times, while at other moments they may bring clarity, challenge, or new perspectives. I will always work in a way that feels supportive and appropriate for you, adapting the pace and focus to your needs.

Building a trusting relationship is central to my work. I prioritise consistency, presence, and respect, creating a space where meaningful exploration and change can take place.

My Story & What Drives Me

My journey into psychotherapy has been shaped by both professional experience and a deep curiosity about the human condition.

Through my work across mental health and organisational settings, I became particularly interested in how environments—especially workplaces—impact our wellbeing, identity, and relationships.

This led me to specialise in workplace dynamics such as stress, burnout, and bullying, and how these experiences affect individuals emotionally and psychologically.

I believe meaningful change begins when people feel truly seen and understood. Rather than offering quick solutions, I support clients in reconnecting with their internal resources, values, and sense of agency, allowing change to emerge in an authentic and sustainable way.

I feel privileged to witness the moments when clients gain insight, build confidence, and begin to feel less alone in their experiences.

An existential perspective helps us explore the realities of being human, including identity, relationships, and life transitions, while supporting deeper understanding and meaning.
