I am a clinical and counselling psychologist registered with Health and Care Professions Council.
I completed my degree in Poland and further training in UK and Bali (Indonesia).
I studied Systemic Family Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Crisis Intervention and Mediation.
Also I completed training in executive coaching and mentoring.
I regularly attend additional workshops and clinical supervision to develop my skills and counselling techniques.
My professinal background is in Social Services, where I was providing support to troubled families, couples and individuals.I also worked organising community support for people with learning disabilities, elderly and those with dementia. And then I specialised in managing rehabilitation packages for people affected by traumatic and acquired brain injury and neurological conditions.
Since 2009 I work therapeutically with individuals, couples and families. Methods and interventions that I use are tailored to the presenting issues of my clients and are carefully selected. My practice is informed by intersectionality and my approach is very collaborative with my clients. I make sure that my clients are in charge of their therapy and progress and I facilitate the change. I am very transparent and flexible and I treat therapeutic relationship as a two ways communication. I appreciate the feedback and honest opinion.
