My name is Bhavna Jaiswal (Chartered Psychologist) and I became a psychologist simply because I want to help people live better lives. I earned my doctorate more than ten years ago and I’ve been helping children, couples, and the elderly ever since.
I’ve taught child psychology and abnormal psychology. If you’re looking to live a better life, I’d love the opportunity to help.
My approach is integrative, meaning that different approaches to your well-being are combined, depending on your needs – no single approach suits all. I will explore all aspects of your being, to tailor a therapy that works best for you. Modern life is more complex than ever; pressures and expectations challenge us all. pressure to succeed, pressure to look right, pressure to be that model person we see on the TV. People are feeling this burden at a much younger age than previously. I can help to alleviate this pressure, to free you from this burden, to instill contentment, self-confidence and belief in yourself. I can help you to thrive in society.

Fear, Anxiety, Depression, Low self-esteem all have a way of preventing us from doing—or enjoying—the things that we used to love. They prevent us from having new experiences. they prevent us from enjoying life to the fullest. I can help you fight back. I can help you be a happier person. I can help you live life to the fullest.
Relationships can be hard work. If your relationship isn’t working, or isn’t working well enough, i can help you and your partner communicate better, recognize the triggers that set each other off and, more importantly, understand what causes those reactions. For most of us, a romantic relationship is at the heart of everything we live for. Why not make it the best it can be?
