About Alysha
I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel truly heard and supported. I offer a warm and empathetic environment where clients can openly explore their emotions and experiences, allowing us to work together toward meaningful goals. My background is in Social Psychology, and I went on to complete further training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I have over eight years of experience working with clients in both NHS and private practice settings. My therapeutic approach is relaxed and informal. Together we can help make changes that will hopefully have a long lasting impact long after therapy is completed.

In our sessions, we might use tools like thought records or journaling to help identify patterns and move towards more helpful ways of thinking and coping. Alongside CBT, my person-centred approach ensures sessions are guided by you. I offer a non-judgemental, compassionate space where you feel safe to talk openly and be yourself. Building a trusting relationship is key to our work together.
