Client reflections

“As someone with BPD, I’ve often felt like I was ‘too much’ in therapy. With Aaron, I felt truly seen. Our sessions helped me make sense of my emotions and build healthier ways to cope. I’m more stable, more self-compassionate, and feel hopeful for the first time in years.”

“Before starting therapy, I found myself getting overwhelmed by my emotions during conflicts with my partner. I would often react impulsively, which only made things worse and left me feeling frustrated and disconnected. Through therapy, I’ve learned practical strategies to recognise my emotional triggers and calm myself before responding. Aaron helped me develop better communication skills and build patience, which has completely changed the way I handle disagreements.”

About Aaron

I specialise in helping students, young adults, and professionals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or self-doubt. Many of the people I work with manage demanding roles, complicated relationships, or difficult family dynamics while trying to “hold everything together." Combining experience from university wellbeing services, private practice, and emergency medicine, I offer grounded, compassionate support. My aim is to help you move from survival mode and self-criticism toward steadiness, insight, and renewed confidence.

My style is warm, steady, and collaborative. Clients often describe me as someone who listens deeply while also offering gentle challenge when helpful. Sessions are a blend of emotional exploration and practical strategies you can apply day-to-day. In online work, I pay close attention to pacing and emotional tone to create a safe, attuned space.

I became a therapist after years of being drawn to how people make sense of themselves and their relationships. Having worked in fast-paced and emotionally intense environments, I’ve seen the impact of pressure, responsibility, and past experiences on everyday life. What drives me is the belief that people heal when they feel truly seen. The most meaningful part of my work is witnessing clients begin to relate to themselves with more compassion and strength.
