Helpful Information

Invoicing

After completing a calendar month of sessions, please log in to your UK Therapy guide account and find your completed sessions under ‘Appointments’, you can then use the form below to enter your sessions for the completed month. To add multiple sessions, click the ‘+’ button as needed.

The amount invoiced should reflect your session cost minus the agreed platform fee: 25% for sessions under £90, and 30% for sessions £90 and over.

For example:

If your fee is £80 you will deduct 25% (£20) and you will invoice the UK Therapy Guide £60 per session.
If your fee is £100, you will deduct 30% (£30) and invoice UK Therapy Guide £70 per session.

Invoice form: https://uktherapyguide.com/invoice

Please note: Invoices are the responsibility of the therapist, if they are not completed, payments can not be made.

Updating Your Calendar

Please keep your availability up to date to prevent double bookings. If a double booking does occur, reach out to the client directly to arrange an alternative time.
Additionally, if you have planned commitments within your usual availability hours, be sure to block out the time in your Google calendar. This will ensure that the slot does not appear as available in the UK Therapy Guide system.
