I am a bilingual therapist with over 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families through their relationship issues. My diverse clients include interracial couples, LGBTQ+ community, and international migrants. I use a strengths-based approach and solution-focused therapy to achieve progress. I have worked and lived around the world helping people in the US, East Asia, Europe and the UK.

My experience includes working with those who suffer from depression, anxiety, and adjustment issues. I have helped many people by strengthening their resilience, social skills, and self-expression. Some of my clients have experienced loss, trauma, and high conflict. I challenge my clients in sessions and additional assignments are sometimes given to further individual growth.
