About
I specialise in helping students, young adults, and professionals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or self-doubt. Many of the people I work with manage demanding roles, complicated relationships, or difficult family dynamics while trying to “hold everything together." Combining experience from university wellbeing services, private practice, and emergency medicine, I offer grounded, compassionate support.
My aim is to help you move from survival mode and self-criticism toward steadiness, insight, and renewed confidence.
My Style & How I Work
My style is warm, steady, and collaborative. Clients often describe me as someone who listens deeply while also offering gentle challenge when helpful. Sessions are a blend of emotional exploration and practical strategies you can apply day-to-day. In online work, I pay close attention to pacing and emotional tone to create a safe, attuned space.
My Story & What Drives Me
I became a therapist after years of being drawn to how people make sense of themselves and their relationships. Having worked in fast-paced and emotionally intense environments, I’ve seen the impact of pressure, responsibility, and past experiences on everyday life. What drives me is the belief that people heal when they feel truly seen. The most meaningful part of my work is witnessing clients begin to relate to themselves with more compassion and strength.
My Expertise & Focus Areas
I support clients with anxiety, burnout, low mood, self-criticism, relationship issues, family conflict, identity concerns, and life transitions.
My Therapeutic Approach & Methods
My integrative approach draws from person-centred therapy, psychodynamic ideas, CBT techniques, and compassion-focused work. Together, we tailor the process so it feels meaningful, manageable, and right for you.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed or ready for change, you’re welcome to reach out. Together, we can explore what’s been weighing on you and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
