I am an experienced Counsellor/psychotherapist//mental health professional with over 20 years' experience of working in mental health and healthcare both in the NHS, Private Practice and Charitable organisations. I work online with clients both in the UK and around the world and from my therapy practice based in Haywards Health, West Sussex. I can offer you a safe, confidential and non judgemental space for you to talk about your thoughts and feelings. I work in a collaborative and empathic way to help clients identify areas of their lives that are causing them distress and together agree areas they wish to address through counselling/therapy. In turn, I will work utilise a range of skilled interventions.

I see clients with a range of issues but my area see those listed below, however of special interest is trauma and eating disorders.

I also offer supervision for trainees and accredited Counsellors/Psychotherapists

I have a Diploma in Counselling using Transactional Analysis (not exclusively), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT & PG Cert) (IOP, Uni. of London), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) Practitioner Certificate.
Diploma in Supervision

I am also a Registered Nurse (General and Mental Health) so this additional knowledge and skills I frequently utilise with clients in relation to helping them manage long term health conditions; and has been particularly helpful with working with clients who have are experiencing an eating disorder or disordered eating.
