About
Hello, I'm Daniel, and I believe in creating a therapeutic space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. My approach is rooted in gentleness, empathy, and curiosity, providing a safe environment for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. I'm here to guide and challenge you when needed, fostering growth and self-discovery.
One of my greatest strengths lies in genuinely caring about my clients. Your well-being is my priority, and I’m dedicated to helping you find your unique path and a deep sense of worth. Together, we'll navigate challenges, celebrate victories, and work towards a more fulfilling life. If you're seeking a therapist who combines warmth, understanding, expertise, and a commitment to your personal journey, I'm here for you.
Initially trained as a cognitive-behavioural therapist, these days I combine this knowledge with that of the person-centred approach, creating a holistic and tailor-made treatment plan, dependent on your particular goals and needs. After graduating, I continued my training, supporting drug and alcohol users to make meaningful changes in their lives through individual therapy and group work. I subsequently worked for Employee Assistance Programs, supporting workers with a wide variety of presentations (suicidal risk, ADHD, work-related stress etc.)
Now, my passion is in supporting clients from the point of contact to the point they're ready to continue their work without my support. It is my privilege to support you on your journey. I welcome people from all walks of life and I’m passionate about supporting those within the LGBTQ+ community.
