Application Process

At UK Therapy Guide, we carefully select therapists who share our commitment to excellence in mental health care. Our application process is designed to ensure the strongest possible fit for both therapists and our platform.

We maintain high standards for our network, requiring therapists to:

  • Have completed a minimum of 350 clinical hours
  • Demonstrate commitment to long-term therapeutic work with clients (minimum 12 sessions)
  • Be fully qualified and accredited
  • Hold active professional membership and insurance
  • Show commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Maintain regular clinical supervision.

The application journey consists of several steps:

  • Complete our detailed application form, covering your training, experience and therapeutic approach.
  • Undergo a thorough review and vetting process by our specialist team.
  • Attend interviews with our Platform Manager.
  • Complete a final interview with our founder, Floss Knight.
  • Upon mutual approval, your profile will be activated on our platform.
