2. Free Placement Call

  • Book your placement call: After sharing your preferences you'll be prompted to book a free, no-obligation placement call with one of our friendly placement team specialists.
  • Chat with our placement team: During the placement call, we'll chat with you to understand your situation in more detail. Our placement team has in-depth knowledge of our therapists, including their personality traits, specialities, and qualifications.
  • Get personally matched: We use this knowledge to personally match you with a therapist from our network who we believe will be a great fit. We don't just pick someone from a database; we know all our therapists individually.
  • Book your first session: During the placement call, you can choose a time to book your initial session with your matched therapist.
